Data retention

We retain account and order records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and operational purposes. You may delete your account in the ZIING apps (Profile → Delete account) or follow the steps at ziingdelivery.com/delete-account. Some records may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form where required by law.

Your choices

• Update profile and saved addresses in the app.
• Control location permissions in your device settings.
• Manage notification preferences in the app where available.
• Delete your account from Profile when signed in.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
