These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZIINGwebsites, mobile applications, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your account information is accurate and kept up to date.

Orders and delivery

• Product availability, pricing, and delivery times are set by participating stores and may change.
• Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or store preparation.
• You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and being available to receive orders.
• We may cancel or refuse orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, or violate these Terms.

Payments

• Orders may be paid via supported mobile money methods or your ZIING Wallet balance.
• Prices shown at checkout include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
• Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation.

Account conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Submit false orders, abuse promotions, or interfere with platform operations.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.

User content

Reviews, chat messages, and other content you submit must be lawful and respectful. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or safety reasons.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.ZIING is a marketplace connecting customers, stores, and delivery partners; store partners are responsible for the preparation and quality of goods sold through their listings unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIING and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tanzania unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
